Payment:

All registrations need to be paid via credit card immediately. Afterwards you can get an invoice via e-mail for your documents. A list of hotels in which rooms have been reserved at special rates can be found here.

Cancellation:

This registration is binding yet may be transferred. Cancellations will be accepted only if received in writing prior to May 08th, 2009. Registered participants who cannot attend the conference will then receive a refund of full registration fee minus EUR 50 (EUR 59,50 including 19% VAT) for administrative costs. No refund will be made after the above said date. This means the total amount of the conference fee must be covered by the registered participant. This also applies if the registration is made after May 08th, 2009.
